Preferred Providers

We are proud to be preferred providers with BUPA Members First Extras, Health Partners, Medibank Members’ Choice, the HCF More for Muscles program, and the NIB First Choice Network — including NIB’s partner funds: Qantas Health, Suncorp, AAMI, TAL, APIA, Real Health Insurance, Seniors Health Insurance, and Grand United (corporate fund). This makes it easier for our patients to access high-quality care with higher rebates and little to no out-of-pocket costs.

What does this mean?
As a preferred provider for leading health funds, we’ve partnered to give you better value on your physiotherapy care. This often means higher rebates—and in some cases, your health fund may even cover the entire cost of your treatment. Many of our patients pay little to nothing on the day of their appointment. Unlike many other clinics, our preferred provider status helps you get the most from your health fund and significantly reduce out-of-pocket expenses.

Not sure what your cover includes?
No problem. You’re welcome to visit the clinic before your appointment — we can swipe your health fund card and provide you with an on-the-spot quote, so you know exactly what to expect.

EPC Care Plans (Medicare)
If you have a chronic health condition, your GP may set up an EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) plan, also called a Chronic Disease Management plan. This plan allows you to access up to 5 Medicare-funded allied health visits per calendar year, which can include physiotherapy.

At our clinic, we bulk bill the Medicare portion directly, so you don’t need to claim it yourself. There is just a $20 gap fee per appointment, which you pay on the day of your treatment.

This means Medicare covers the majority of the cost, and you only contribute a small gap towards your treatment. Speak with your GP to see if you’re eligible for a care plan.
